Smart Construction S.A., a leading construction company based in Chania, Crete, is currently delivering one of its most complex and prestigious projects to date — the construction of a new multi-story communications facility for the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) Detachment at NSA Souda Bay. The project involves the design and construction of a state-of-the-art, reinforced concrete multi-story building purpose-built to consolidate critical telecommunications, maintenance, and operational support functions within a single, high-performance facility. Built to the most stringent US military technical, safety, and regulatory standards, the new communications center is engineered for maximum durability, operational resilience, and long-term performance in support of the US Navy’s strategic communications capabilities in the Eastern Mediterranean.
